The object of this game it to arrange all the suits from ace to king in the sequential order. This isn't as easy as it sounds tho because in the bottom section the cards must be red black red black or black red black red, they cannot be all one color.

The top four squares you start off by placing the ace of each suit in each square. You can then follow that suit next with the 2 right up to the king. Once you have all four suits in sequential order in the top four squares then you win the game.
